First time trying out OxCrete. Water based sealer. 2 coats of 50sq could easily get another 50sq with the same drum. No strong smell, easy to clean up and drys fast for efficiency.

We battled the weather on this project in drouin but it has come up a treat. We will be back to have a final clean up with the excavator once the weather gets better.
