🤯 this project is going from bad to worse. The lacquer that got tipped in to these dozer hydraulics has turned to hard glue - we got the pump and control bank out today but it's not looking good 😮

💩 Cat D4H dozer. Hydraulics not working - someone had tipped 10 litres of lacquer into the tank (to be fair it was out of a hydraulic oil drum) 🛢️

Pumps and control banks out next. For a complete rebuild.

⚙️ This fitting was chewing O-rings out, the retaining ring is too loose and was allowing the O-ring to extrude through the inside of the ring ⚙️

New fitting and correct size O-ring and no more issues.
