Dolphin Marine Sunshine Coast is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Boat Sales Assistant to join our team. If you're passionate about the water and enjoy working with both people and boats, this role offers the perfect blend of sales, service, and sea spray.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing boats for sale (basic checks)
- Advertising listings online with great photos & descriptions
- Performing water tests and assisting with customer demos
- Using computer systems for inventory, listings & communication
What we're looking for:
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Comfortable with computers and online platforms
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- Must hold a current boat licence
- Previous sales or marine experience is a bonus-but not essential

With its forward facing counter rotating propellers which pull the boat rather then push which intern keeps the wash Parallel with the bottom of the boat so all the power drives forward more efficiently creating up to 30% better fuel consumption.
