About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working at our Bowen Landscape Yard or North Gregory Quarry. The specific location for this position will be determined based on operational requirements and candidate suitability.
You will be the key link between customers, landscape yard, quarry operations, and haulage, ensuring orders are processed accurately and deliveries are coordinated efficiently. The role combines customer service, sales, administration, and operational coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing- Bowen Landscape Yard
Manage customer enquiries (face-to-face, phone, and email).
Process sales from quote through to invoice using iWeigh and MYOB.
Coordinate deliveries with customers, drivers, and yard staff.
Provide product advice on landscape and quarry materials.
What You'll Be Doing- North Gregory Quarry
Manning the weighbridge processing sales through Iweigh.
Support quarry operations and haulage drivers with scheduling communication.
Liaise closely with quarry staff and support quarry operations.
Promote and maintain safe interactions within the quarry.
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience in sales administration or a similar role.
A Minimum of 3+ years of sales administration experience is required for this position.
Close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confidence working across systems (iWeigh, MYOB or similar).
Ability to work within a team environment, possessing a great sense of humour.
Practical mindset with the ability to problem-solve in real time.
Interest or knowledge in landscape or quarry products (highly regarded).
White Card and Driver's Licence.
