Hi everyone please read my terms & conditions it's very important you understand how I operate & also to avoid misunderstanding.
1. Please not to come to your appointment if you have a sniffle or cough. I have family member and clients with immune systems compromised and cannot afford to make them ill or worse.
2. please sanitise your hand upon entry before any of your services start regardless i
f you're only coming in for nails, pedicure or eyelash extension. As most of you know I already keep a record of your services, however, I will be adding & documenting more information on your cards in compliance with federal & state government guidelines.
3. Please come to your appointment on time not before because I need time to disinfect not only tools & equipment but other area as well as before accepting the next clients. If you arrive early please just wait outside & I will message your or call you come in.
4. If you are late for your appointment more then 15 min, unfortunately I have to cancel your appointment. As I am working by myself if your are late it's presses on my time for the entire day!
5. Full nails design please informed me before your appointment because some design is more time consuming I need to have enough time.
6. for clients purchasing press on nails, you need to understand you are purchasing product not a service therefore you are completely responsible for the correct sizes and correct fit.
7. I don't know how to word this better, other than the fact is my business is REAL BUSINESS it's my real job not a hobby this is my livelihood, supporting my family. it would be appreciated if you cold get back to me about your appointment whether you'd like to keep it or cancel. Please understand I conduct my salon at home. Yes, I am qualified and registered professional running my salon business from home. All services are conducted by appointment only!!!! I run the salon by myself and can be only work one on one personal at the time. I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS but would appreciate you contact me asap if there is a problems. I always do my utmost to ensure your nails are prepped properly with every services. And also will lash bath with no cost to make sure your lashes is cleaned before applied the extensions. I understand some of you cannot afford to maintain your nails and lashes in time frame, please understand leaving it longer than 4 weeks will result in additional costs as I will need to spent more time and use more products to rebalance again. New eyelash extension clients will be $20 non refundable deposit. Thank you for understanding me and I promise I will provided the best services and product to impress you all.
