Early on a Monday morning, RBK welding received a phone call from a company that is based in Victoria. They were doing a job in Swan Reach SA and ask if we could do a quick repair on their D6 Dozer with a large stick rake on the blade. Two days on site at Swan Reach we had the rake ready to be fitted to the dozer.

I was doing a MPI magnetic particle inspection on a pick for a excavator bucket to get a photo and found the grinding particles lining up on another pick this was just a coincidence but the example of this process was perfect this is another NDT process that we can come onsite and MPI all different shapes and size parts

This is a 75 mm thick river redgum live edge bench top that we are able to create. We can source, fabricate and weld the structure needed to take the weight of this heavy piece of timber. They are then sanded and oiled to finish.
