While inspecting a customer's car for intercooler work, I noticed what looked like a crack in a recently installed downpipe.
On closer inspection, there were holes in the welds, unwelded seams, and no purge during welding.
Given the heat cycling a downpipe endures, this would likely have failed in a few months. I cleaned it up, added filler material, and purged it without needing to cut it apart, saving the customer extra costs.

Custom 2-1 Stainless Exhaust System.
Getting the pipes to sweep into the collector at the same arc was a timely process but worth it for a smooth transition.
Retention springs and muffler mount hidden on the backside of the exhaust to keep things looking clean.
