Structural Design and Drafting
We provide full structural consulting services that involve the structural design of the building as well as drawing production. Upon completion of project design and drafting, the drawings are sealed for building permit and construction purposes. Survey
• Construction surveying: Construction surveying is useful for assessing the arrangement of the buildings, roads, power lines, gas mains and other structures surrounding potential construction sites.
• Deformation surveying: Deformation surveying helps to establish if a geographical or man-made feature, such as a road, foundation, coastline or river, is changing shape.
• Geological surveying: Geological surveying maps out features of the physical landscape, such as rivers, valleys, mountains and more.

Foundation design is required by the Afghanistan for all new commercial properties. Noor Karimi Engineering offers foundation design in instances where a portion of design services have been provided by another firm or where sealed drawings for all components apart from the foundation accompany a pre-engineered building. For example, with pre-engineered steel buildings our services typically include the foundation and main floor concrete slab design and drafting for permit and construction. The supplier of the pre-engineered components often provides the remainder of any engineering required for the structure. Unique Structures
Noor Karimi Engineering can provide structural consulting services for unique structures which require drawings sealed by a professional engineer including sign bases, retaining walls, steel stands and more. Building Drawings and Code Review
Building drawings are used to portray a building or structure allowing a builder to accurately reproduce the design. Having a set of building drawings produced for your project ensures that all stakeholders have a shared understanding regarding what is to be built. These drawings typically include a site plan, floor plan, exterior elevations, cross sections, wall sections and miscellaneous details as required. Building drawings are required for all commercial projects requiring a building permit, including new builds, renovations and additions. Existing Buildings – Structural Assessments
