WE ARE HIRING: TOTAL STATION SURVEYOR

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Total Station Surveyor to join our team for projects based in Sharjah, UAE.

Location: Sharjah,
UAE Industry: Oil Field and Civil Engineering
Experience: 8 or more Years (GCC Experience is Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Surveys and Layouts: Execute precise topography surveys for civil and mechanical structures, along with structural alignment and as-built surveys for pipes, beams, columns, and onshore structures.
Elevation Control: Conduct floor level checks and slab elevation verifications using Total Station.
Utility Mapping: Perform pipeline surveys and utilize Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) for subsurface detection.
Site Geodesy: Identify, fix, and maintain crucial benchmarks and control points.
Drafting: Assist with data processing using AutoCAD (this is a strong added advantage).

Job Opportunity: QC Inspection Engineer (API 653 / API 570)

We are currently seeking a highly qualified QC Inspection Engineer to oversee our quality assurance and quality control operations for In-Service Inspection projects involving storage tanks and piping.

Core Responsibilities:
Directing In-Service Inspection activities and managing specialized NDT (UT, MT, ET, PT, VT) and Hydro-testing teams.
Preparing and qualifying WPS/PQR and Welder Qualification Tests (WQT) compliant with AWS, ASME, and BS EN standards.
Maintaining absolute compliance with project specifications, ITPs, and API codes.
Final review and approval of technical data packs and quality dossiers.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 7 years of specialized experience in storage tanks and piping inspection.
Mandatory certifications: API 653, API 570, and CSWIP 3.1.
Strong material knowledge (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum).
A UAE LMV driving license is preferred.

Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Lead In-Service Inspection activities for Storage tank and Piping.
•Manage NDT Inspection teams of Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Eddy current, Penetrant (PT), and Visual Testing (VT).
•Manage Pressure Testing (Hydro-testing activities) team for pressure vessels, storage tanks, Compressors, Air compressors and Piping.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pressure Testing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in pressure testing (hydro and pneumatic), and valve maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests using chart recorders and calibrated gauges.
Carry out valve maintenance and overhauling, including inspection, cleaning, and reassembly.
Execute Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) calibration and functional testing.
Maintain accurate test records, calibration certificates, and inspection reports.

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of relevant field experience.
Familiarity with chart recorders, pressure gauges, and test rigs.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and test plans.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
