Job Title: Field Supervisor – MEP Maintenance & Small Projects

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Supervisor to lead our MEP maintenance operations and oversee small projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple field teams, ensuring high productivity, maintaining quality standards, and taking full ownership of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of multiple field teams involved in HVAC (AC), Electrical, Plumbing, and general MEP maintenance.
* Plan and allocate jobs efficiently to maximize productivity and timely completion.
* Oversee small to medium-sized maintenance projects, ensuring they are executed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
* Conduct site inspections, monitor work quality, and resolve technical or operational issues.
* Coordinate with customers, office staff, and technicians to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
* Ensure technicians have the required tools, materials, and spare parts before attending jobs.
* Monitor team performance, prepare daily reports, and drive continuous improvement.
* Enforce safety procedures and company standards across all field operations.
* Demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and ownership while motivating teams to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Experience in MEP maintenance, including HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
* Ability to supervise multiple field teams and manage small projects simultaneously.
* Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Capable of taking ownership of operations and making sound decisions in the field.
* Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
* Familiarity with maintenance reporting, scheduling, and customer coordination.

Salary & Benefits
