Hello Sellers

I would like to share my experience with this buyer and warn the community.

The buyer received the parcel at the address provided. The shipment was successfully delivered, and the buyer even left a 5-star positive review on my store, including a photo of the item after receiving it.

However, the buyer has now opened a refund case claiming that the item was not delivered . When I contacted him regarding the case, he told me that his Etsy account had been hacked and that someone else had opened the case from his account.

This situation is highly suspicious because the parcel was delivered, the item was received, and positive feedback was already left confirming receipt.

As a seller, I work hard to provide quality products and reliable shipping. I am sharing this experience so that other sellers can be aware and exercise caution when dealing with this buyer.

Please review all available evidence, including the delivery confirmation, tracking information, and the buyer’s positive review.
