Formulate an initial proposal of requirements for general working facilities. Submission of budget of estimated cost. Submission of detailed work program. In Project Management "s capacity Victoria Art Decoration provides the following:
Analysis and evaluation of tenders. Close supervision of on-site progress. Co-ordination jobs among Client, landlord, and management office of on site premises, contractors and sub-contractors. Liaison jobs among utilities companies. The final on-site inspection work and post completion follow-up services. Copies of finished drawings for Client’s archives. Turn Key Projects
As a Main Contractor , provides the following:
Provision of the required labor, material, tools and equipment. Completion of all services specified in the contract. Stages include:
Thorough study of working site. Submission of material samples and finishes. (Presentation Boards)
Preparation of Bill of Quantities. (B.O.Q.) Close on-site supervision. Close follow-up of variation orders and supervision of works.
