Today, we pause to remember our Founder Chairman, Mr Vidya Sagaran Menon, with deep affection, respect and gratitude.

His absence is deeply felt, but so too is the enduring impact of the life he lived and the path he created for those who came after him.

On this day, we remember not only a remarkable leader, but a person whose presence continues to hold a special place in the hearts of the Centena family.

MILAN 2026 was more than an event. It was a landmark moment in Centena’s journey in India.

After months of anticipation, employees from Centena offices across the country came together for the first India-wide Centena Day celebration, MILAN 2026, at Kaldan Samudhra Palace, Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu.
Set in a grand five-star venue, where palatial architecture, cultural richness, and a serene seaside ambience created a truly memorable backdrop, the celebration unfolded with vibrant performances, heartfelt recognition, exceptional hospitality, incredible food, and the unmistakable energy of Centenians coming together as one.
What made MILAN 2026 truly unforgettable was not only the scale of the occasion but the emotion behind it. Colleagues travelled from different parts of India to share one stage, one experience, and one celebration of the people, passion, and purpose that define Centena Group.
Across two remarkable days, the event became far more than a gathering. It became a shared experience filled with pride, joy, connection, and moments that will remain with us for years to come. It reminded us that while we may work across different teams and locations, we move forward with one spirit.
